If you desire no privacy, property managers who don't know what the heck they are doing, rule and living changes every month and disposale of your personal backyard prpoerty, than please by all means rent here! If you desire some privacy, if you enjoy capable reliable property management and static living guidelines than look elsewhere. This place has no idea what it is doing. They have uprooted all the fencing on the back of the apartment units and ordered all the tenants to remove EVERYTHING in their backyards. In the meantime the local children have now destroyed the property, knocked over grills and thrown rocks at cars and attempted to break into people cars and apartments. And they want this to be a happy place to live, not when they change the rules and living guidelines month to month. Do not live here, boycott at all costs!!
