I am one of the very few who actually have to pay my rent and go to work everyday. This place is filled with section 8 low lifes that deal drugs and cause drama. There are kids out all hours of the night and morning. Cars whipping through the parking lot that is usually filled with children. Police are called here on a frequent basis. My daughter's bike was stolen, never to be seen again. Used condoms and trash all over the ground and sidewalks. The insides of the apartments are nice. They are also spacious and better than garden style. I think all of them have basements and many of them take in water when it rains and they have these hoses that pump the water out, it makes dirty puddles in the parking lot that the children who play unsupervised play in. If you like excitement and whacky neighbors that are all transplants from the inner cities on public assistance then please rent here and join in the fun. There are a small group of neighbors who are normal good people but the majority are not. The management is trying to clean the place up and get rid of some of the problem residents but while doing so some of the good ones have moved out already. The rent is cheap and this place has a reputation in the town. So they have a lot of work to do to try to improve the appeal.
