Don't Move into Yarmouth House!

There are problems like to much noise at night. To many parties and best of all there is a very small parking lot and it is not plowed very well also. The reason for this is that the tenants will not go and move their cars when the plow truck comes. On the other hand the building is not kept clean. The hallways are always dirty. Also the apartments are not cleaned and painted when the previous tenant moves out.
My rating for the YARMOUTH HOUSE on a scale from 1-5 with five being the poorest. I RATE THIS ENTIRE BUILDING AS A (5). SOMETIMES YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE ENOUGH HOT WATER TO RUN DISHWASHER LET ALONE TAKE A SHOWER!!!! THE RENT IS TOO HIGH FOR WHAT YOU GET HERE!
