Not a good place anymore

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
Used to be a very nice place when it was managed by the Flatley company. But once the AIMCO took over in 2002, the service got worse and the hall ways became dirty. The new lease AIMCO asked us to sign has way too many hidden tricks.
