Was a great friendly place. Now I feel sorry for anyone who moves here. Dirty, unkept, unethical & poor managment. Safety/Security issues.

I am currently looking to relocate for work Im living in New Hampshire right now and working in boston mass. Im relocating to Framingham mass and was thinking of moving into bayberry. i took the tour and love it it was so clean and beautiful. after the tour back in the office i basicly got the application shoved in my face. they told me that i would have to pay $250 deposit to move in rather than the first months rent they left out the facts that my credit needed to be great which its not. ever since then they have been calling me and calling me bugging me to put down my 1st months rent to move in. im getting very sick of it and the office workers were very fake throughout the tour talking bad about all the residing people that walked by us. i was shocked. they claim everyone is so nice there and never any rude people and blah blah blah blah blah well guess what the workers at bayberry make that statement false.
