Management is a big cheat

This is my experience of Bayberry. Two yrs back during the time when the rental market was up management claimed to have this only single br apt which i agreed to take. Carpet was not new and had stiched patches on it. Inspite of my regular complaints to the management nothing was done for 2 yrs and i had to give up. Now when i moved to a new place they played a game. One of the agents in the office asked me to fax them a letter stating my new address and that i'll be moving out and will not be renewing my lease which I did. Next thing i know is that i received a 3500$ charge stating that i didnot pay my last months rent and i did not send a notice plus the carpet was in a bad condition. It was such a big pain in fighting with them to waive the 2 months rent they charged. In the end i had to pay for the carpet which was totally absurd.
I would advice to stay away from this community which has worsened since last 2 yrs no matter how good the exterior is, its the interior that counts.
