I've lived here for a couple of years and want to reccommend Bayberry Hills. People complain about "all the kids" but to me it adds a little life. There are alot of activities and the club house is really nice. The maintenance staff is usually on top of things but of course they do miss some things. All in all i'm pretty happy living here. I don't know if i'll live all my days here but i am very satisfied to this point. Parking is a little tight since they are almost full. The office staff is willing to listen and tries to help with what ever they can.
