This complex is nice, although filled with old people (over the age of 55) or foreigners (like myself). The maintenance staff and security staff are all nice, and very responsive. However, the management and office staff are difficult to deal with and very condescending. They also make you sign a lease that cripples you can't break out of - not only do you have to pay $2500 dollars if you leave the apartment before a year is up, but you also have to keep paying the rent each month thereafter until either (a) the apartment is let or (b) your year runs out. Also, there is no recycling done in the complex, even tho in the town of Framingham it is illegal not to recycle stuff. There are lots of squirrels and chipmunks in the grounds, and they can be a pest with dropping stuff on your balcony/car etc.

They only want tenants who are coming to stay. Actually, it gave me the creeps a bit, seeing all those old people, it was like they lived there because they couldn't get out of their lease. They tend to collect in the club room and play mah-jong and chit-chat all night. Overall I would say too expensive for what it is, and too strict a lease.
