I lived at this complex for several years before transferring out of state. The new company has initiated new policys and procedures but the main office and service staff have remaine intact. The office staff has always been kind and friendly and try and give you a answer to your question on the spot. The service department generaly completes all called in maintenance requests within 24 hours of being called in. The service staff are friendly and do whatever is required to make the needed repairs to your unit. The fitness Ctr. is nice with a steam room and sauna room available for your use. I would reccommend anyone looking in to moving to the framingham area to give this property a try.
