I am a current resident who received superior service the night my apartment was flooded out by a overflowing toilet. The service man on call mark arrived within 20 minutes of reporting the flood and had the carpet cleaner with him to extract the water out of my carpet. mark then assisted me with moving furniture and other items that got wet. Mark then cleaned and wiped down the bathroom to make it useable for the night. Mark then had a painting crew in the next day along with carpet installers to complete all repairs that were needed in my unit. I want to thank the staff of Bayberry Hill estates for continuing to provide us with this type of superior service.
