I'm a current resident of Bayberry Hills and have been for the last 6 years. It's sad to see such a nice place take a turn for the worse in the last couple of years. It all started when AIMCO bought the place from The Flatley Company. Ever since then, we have seen the place get dirtier, lots of "shady and dubious" people moving in and the whole quality of life has gone down the drain. I won't bore you with the details. Just read all other postings. I can't wait for my lease to expire, so that I can move out of this complex. Take your money and go somewhere else. This is not a safe or nice community to raise a family.
