Maintenance staff very responsive to service requests, had one flood in my unit and service tech was at unit within 15 minutes, a lot of water had leaked on to carpet, service manager responded to assist maintenance man and had carpet cleaner remove water from carpet within the hour.

Snow removal is top notch on this property, all snow is removed from your car and shovelers clear snow from inbetween cars and assist you in getting out in mornings after big storms.

I enjoyed my 2 years at BayBerry Hill but had to relocate due to job change.
