I have live in the Bayberry apt for 4yr.
When Flatley owened this property they care about their tenents. Since you have taken over the property and hire a unfriendly staff, it is hard to recommend these apt. to anyone. When you talk to any staff member they make you feel like you are at fault.
The property has gone down hill as far as being maintained.
Our elevator has been out for several weeks with no sign in sight of being completed.
When you ask staff they have no answer for you.
I feel very strongly you need people who care your property and want to make it a comfortable place to live.
