I visited the apartment today after being told over the phone that they would do short term rentals under a year while I look for my first home. The manager was an hour late to our scheduled appointment and then told me that they would do not under one year leases....although he is the one I talked to over the phone! He was rude, unapologetic and I don't see how he thinks he will ever get someone to ever rent from this hideous apartment complex!!!!!!!

I didn't even see the apartments, but ran across two tenents who were moving out at a financial loss they hated the place so much. Apparently it was a great place to live before AIMCO took over!
