The community is friendly and the apartment management is making an attempt to upgrade as indicated by the new balconies, landscaping, carpeting was new, and the fitness center and club room went through a complete renovation. VERY NICE. I am paying almost $2300 a month, but that is fair market for the qulaity of services and the location. You cannot get something for nothing. Most people here are loooking for a nice community and are willing to pay a little extra to live here.
