Bayberry Hills Estate Rentals

EVIL From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I will not stay here one minute past the end of my lease. The people who work in the office are disgusting. They treat people like dirt, especially the manager. She wouldn't know how to treat someone with respect if her life depended on it. She refuses to discuss any issues you have. She is always behind a closed door and never approachable. She has the pit bulls that work for her take messages which she never returns. The apartments are in awful condition, very drafty, old cabinets, old appliances and outdated bathrooms. Maintenance is very slow to respond if at all. I've been waiting over a month for blinds for my living room. They are broken and will not close. I live on the first floor and anyone can just look into my apartment. I've given up waiting for my stove burner to be fixed. It has been three months with no results. This place is the worst place I've ever lived and can't wait until I can call another place home.
