I loved this place at first, but for the past 2 years it has been steadily going downhill.
Outside, the grounds are great, parking is never a problem, and the exteriors of the buildings are well kept.
Inside is another story. When I moved in, my apartment was infested with roaches. I have a bee hive on my balcony that they will not remove. When maintenance comes to do work, my property usually ends up damaged. Worst of all, I've had a LEAK in my bedroom ceiling that has been ongoing for 2 years that they refuse to fix. See pictures below.
You can do better! Stay away from AIMCO properties.
