Heidi, the resident manager has more or less a "it's your problem" attitude with any resident complaints.

Alex is nice.

Sarah was the best, but she is no longer with Bayberry Hill Estates. They replaced her with a pudgey girl named Meredith who has some significant attitude problems.

Heidi has tried to be helpful according to my experience. Sarah was nice but she left. Meredith is rude and condescending, talking to her definitely not a pleasant experience.
