Extremely High Heating/Electric Bills

Last month, my roommate and I were shocked to recieve a heating/electric bill amountint to 302 dollar.

We both work full time jobs and only put the heat on for about 5 hours a day. It's pretty evident that the insulation in Bayberry buildings is far below standards.

All complaints fell on deaf ears. We got our bill this month: over 420 dollars, and still Bayberry won't admit they led us on when they quoted 150/mo at most for heating/electric bill.

If you live here, expect to add at least 300/mo for electric.

I have the same problem, one br 200 bucks heating/electric bill. I work full time and put the heat on for about 5 hours a day too, at 65 only. I called the office and they promised to take a look into the meter/heater but I never heard from them after the phone call. I didn't bother to follow up with them either because I decided to let it go and move out after my lease is over. The management work has been focusing on luring new tenants with tricky promotions and they couldn't care less about the current tenants. "Not happy living here? Fine. Move out. We will always find new people with 1 month or 2 month free." I wonder how they can offer big discounts without being able to increase the rent of the current tenants since they are all leaving. Maybe they just enjoy playing the game. People moving in and out makes them feel they always have something to do. This place is deteriorating because of the weird corporate culture.
