the place is infested with mice, but only those that have seen the mice at night get the privilege of having bait/traps installed in your apartments, which only attracts more mice into your living room... they do not want you to know!
the person that takes the garbage out takes an entire day doing it, probably because he is only one person and has no help, and the garbage sits in hallways/entrances/sidewalk for hours... maybe it explains where the mice are coming from' Check out the picture, this is what one of their hallways (next to an elevator) looks like on a Saturday afternoon...

DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY - THE ARE CONDESCENDING AND WILL TREAT YOU AS IF YOU ARE WELCOME THERE UNTIL YOU SIGN THAT LEASE... BUT EVEN WORSE, THEIR RULES ARE ARBITRARY, YOU HAVE NO SAY IN ANYTHING THAT GOES ON ONCE YOU SIGN THAT LEASE -- BEWARE!!!!!

I couldn't agree with more "they help out the new and unkown, but not the faithful tenants that want to stay..."

agreed....once they have you in a lease they refuse to help you!
