This person is suppose to be the manager of this huge apartment complex, but she addresses problems with residents through mail in a tone that she would with her ------ old kid. She would say such things as "If you drop a piece of paper, pick it up...and if I don't see a drastic improvement over a week I will be assessing each resident additional $75/month fee to pay for additional cleaners..." WOW These cleaners must make millions every year!!!! This is just an example of papers that we find at our doors and it's always I this I that but at the end of the letter, it's "Bayberry Hill Management Team".

A person in her position should not talk to anybody in this tone of voice. I feel bad for her that her whole family are residents here since she's not educated enough to communicate with others diplomatically to get a higher paying job. She's forgeting that residents come and go, and the new ones probably don't know about these little rules. Besides, this is a scare tactic to those who don't know law. You can't just say "I'm going to make you pay for this...for that". Hello...we only pay for what we agreed to in the lease agreement, you idiot.

Anyways, I've lived here for three years, and the trash rooms are always full of roaches so who would want to go there!! The "Management Team" should address that problem instead of bitching and harrassing residents about other stupid things.

If you are that unhappy maybe you should move out. It sounds like the residents are not picking up their trash and if yuo think about it this may have been the only way to address it. If people act like children, maybe they need to be treated like children. As a resident I dont think it is fair to bring anyones family into it. Would you want your family brought into a situation that does not involve them? Think about that and move out. :)
