I've lived in 5 states and 8 different apartment communities, and the management team here is absolutely the worst and most condescending I have seen. The last straw is they now send out eviction notices on the 2nd of the month- although they don't even provide a drop off box for rent. Their own literature states 5 days before a curtesey reminder is sent. I've always paid by the 5th everywhere I've lived. I rent by choice, not necessity, and absolutely can not believe the disparaging remarks and notices these people send out routinely. And yet- everything I've asked to be fixed or moved has taken 3 requests before they get it done. They fired everyone who had been reasonable- and constant stream of new faces in the office, so I guess no one likes to work here either. Renter Beware. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I totally agree with the comments. I have lived in Bayberry due to the convenience of location for 3 years now. However, the management is getting worse and cruel. I also complianed about the eviction notice received on the 2nd of the month.... it is true that all the good peoples from office are gone and are replaced with new faces...
