I have only been living at Chapel hill in framingham for a month now and no one ever told us when we move in that the air condition has a tendency to cause floods in the apartment. I had my computer under the vent in the ceiling which leaked all over ruining my hard drive and entire computer along with many other things. The apartment coplex was not nice about it and said it happens EVERY YEAR and they are not planning on putting a new system in. The place might look good but in all it is falling apart....i wouldnt feel safe putting any valuables in it, wouldnt want to start a fire and lose all your stuff...I got lucky except I have to buy a new computer.

I'm not surprised considering my Mother and I were two of the first people to live there. It's about 40 years old. I must say that it was one of my favorite places to live and the buildings were kept spotless. I'm sure that 40 years will do a number on a building, but back then it was absolute luxury for the area.
