Been living in Dennison Triangle for the past couple of months. I find the apartment to be absolutely wonderful. The place is VERY WELL MAINTAINED and lots of extras are included. If I had 1 bad thing to say, it would be that the fitness center could be bigger with more machines, but compared to everything else which you are getting, this is a really small complaint. I find there is a lot of attention to small detail and the place is absolutely beautiful. The location is also wonderful and the area is very safe and close to transportation. I would highly recommend this property.

This has to be management. We saw this place, they have amazing lofts but the area is far from safe. There is a Methadone clinic right down the street. Need I say more? You cannot walk around the area without worrying if your going to get mugged. We would of LOVED to have bought in this building but the neighborhood is a turn off.

This comment is written by an employee. I have been involved with this project since 2005. The transformation that I have seen it take and the positive impact it has made so far has been phenomenal. I have driven by Dennison for years growing up and for so long was such an eye sore to see and was to many a constant reminder of the economic pressures it put on Framingham when the plant was closed down. What the building and the complex as a whole has been transformed into is a thing of beauty and is a very unique living and working space that is not easily come by. There are many residents of Framingham that believe very deeply in the revitalization of Downtown Framingham. This process has to start somewhere and that I believe is what The owner/developer has started with this project. Unfortunately the areas that these old mill buildings are usually located in are not the most desirable areas of those particular towns. The important thing is the restoration of these old buildings to keep the heritage that they once stood for. There have been too many people to even count who had once worked at Dennison or who had parents or grandparents who did and they are ecstatic to see what it has become today. That is what this project is all about. Not everyone will want to be a part of living or working here but the many that do overall are very pleased and honored to be a part of the change that with time will come to Downtown Framingham. It is not an overnight change but with local help, support and belief it will happen eventually. I not only work there but I also live there. I personally feel very safe.

I'm most concerned about the comment on the other post that says you can hear your neighbors snoring....that's the most compelling reason NOT to consider this place. If you do work and live there, can you comment on that feedback from one of the other reviews?
