Pros:
1. Good living space - lofty high ceilings, w/d in unit, decent standard appliances and fixtures.
2. Responsive maintanence service and friendly staff.
3. Storage space in basement for each unit.
4. Close to commuter rail (also a con).
5. Rent is affordable relative to downtown Boston and great for residents working in and around Framingham.
6. Good for a rental unit, not worth the price for a purchased unit.
Cons:
1. Unprotected, shared parking with commercial residents. Apartment residents were told that each unit would come with a designated parking spot.
2. Dennison complex is not protected from neighborhood "elements". Management originally contemplated a gated community and has since decided against.
3. Elevators frequently require repair.
4. Walls between units are thin -- can hear neighbors' snoring and can smell cigarette smoke coming through wall despite the prohibition against smoking in units.
5. Construction noise beginning at 7:00am Saturday morning.
6. Commuter rail noise.
7. Water pressure could be stronger.
8. Neighborhood unsafe - cars in garage were broken into.

I don't know how you can recommend this property with a rating of 2.... You used words, 'unprotected', 'not safe', 'not protected'
