This is a high prices poorly managed building. The building is geting old... no updates have been made except to the lobby. The AC does not work well, and the heating system is full of mold. Ask them to take the cold air return great off so you can see the system IT IS FULL OF MOLD. The repairs are not done on time, and when doen not completed correclty. We have problems with our tiolet for the 4 years we lived there. It leaked all over the floor. They could never fixe it. We had to use towels.

The management is rude and pushy. They will not do a thing for you. They don;t want to hear about problems in the building. The building staff will spend time shoveling out and brushing off the managemers car in a snow storm. But they wont shovel the walkways very well.

There is not enough parking. If you get home aftern 10:00 pm you will be ahrd pressed to find a spot.

The managers was proud to show us the fitness romm when we looked at the building. However, the equipment kept breaking anf the would take forever to fix the equipement.

The untis are very noisy, especialy when you have students parties next door.

The rent went up every year we were there.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.
