My overall experience has been excellent. I am surprised when I read comments about the air conditioning not working. I moved in July 1st last year....the hottest summer ever and NEVER had a problem with the air conditioning.
The office staff is exceptionally nice and responsive. Anything I have requested has been taken care of immediately and completed to satisfaction.
The building is very quiet. Every guest I have ever had has commented on how quiet it is.
Reading some of the these comments is like reading about a totally different building which in at least one case it is.....someone mentioned the 1600 building. That is at Edgewater Hills not Edgewater Terrace. It is down the street, much larger and from what I can understand has a completely different type of population.
