I typically would not write a review for anyone, but some of the things I've read on here makes me think that these reviews are being written by the Terraces competetors!!!Shame on them...This is apartment living at it's best, the office staff is professional and helpful, never rude (although I've seen some of my neighbors being very rude to them) This place is emmaculate, there is someone cleaning the hallways seven days a week!! For people who are complaining about the smell of ethnic foods, I'll have you know that the majority of people in this building are doctors,computer engineers, teachers, lawyers, all professionals. It's obvious that there are a bunch of racist individuals that have a problem with other cultures!!! I have never seen any students, or heard any loud parties. Overall, it's the best apartment I've lived in and if you are a professional person, you will appreciate the atmosphere here.
