I currently live in this apartment complex. The apartments aren't bad, but the entire building (1450 side at least) reeks of Curry on every floor. Apparently there are a lot of people from India that live here and due to the fact that all the units enter from the inside of the building all you smell is curry, that is one complaint. When I went on a tour of the units, I questioned the agent and she acted like I was crazy! (What curry smell') The exercise facilities are barely adequate and the room is so poorly ventilated that all it takes is one inconsiderate slob that doesn't shower regularly (I call him stinky guy!) and you would puke if you had to go for a run. On the other hand, you can use it 24/7 so if all you want to do is run on the treadmill, its ok, but I say wait till sprint so you can open the windows. Its a quiet complex and I have to say, very secure, I have never had anything stolen (newspapers, packages, mail) or had anything happen to my car - I even left it open one night with money on the front seat. So, with that in mind, I give the complex a neutral vote only because of the curry smell. I do think they violate Massachusetts law by showing your apartment without your permission.
