This apartment complex overall is really nice.I have not had any problems with any aspect except my neighbors. I am a medical resident who has odd hours and they fight really loudly. I asked the office if they could talk to them and they did so at the moment it is better. I guess that can happen anywhere...unless you own your own home. Most of the other neighbors I really never see, but for the most part they are relly quite. I know that they do not rent to students for the prices that they charge and it was a tough screening process to get in here. My apartment is huge and everything was brand new when I moved in. The fitness facility is nice and you don't even have to leave the building, it's kind of like staying in a nice hotel. My visitors usually are very impressed with the lobby when they come to visit. I think that the entrances make it look like it costs more to live here than it actually does. I have a covered parking space, which helps,and its only 30 bucks a month, not bad when you're used to living in Boston.

they do not rent to students for the prices that they charge? im confused.. i'm a student and would like to live here
