Apartments are spacious, many overlook undeveloped Sons of Mary property, utilities are included in rent, under-building parking is available, building/grounds maintenance is quite good, and office staff is very pleasant to deal with. Service elevator makes it easy to move even large amounts of furniture in and out. However, rent is very expensive and took a big leap when it came time to renew. Route 9 has traffic jams every morning and evening. A/C is turned on late in year and shut off early (follows state laws that perhaps should be re-visited !), and my south-facing apartment is sweltering at times. I wish they had washer/dryer hookups in the apartment. Other complaints are tenant-related (noise and trash) and not limited to this complex. Overall, I would recommend this complex
