I agree, not enough bang for the buck, but beats the Hills down the street.

The "kitchen" (more appropriately called a "cookng area") is small and walking down the halls you can smell everything being cooked in every apartment, which usually isnt that bad, but don't try cooking anything too effusive without opening the balcony door! the traffic jams on rt 9 SUCK. however, i think the rents are in line with the generally unreasonable rates for this area. if the south-facing apartments are sometimes sweltering, my north-facing apt needed to keep the windows closed at ceratin times to prevent traffic noise from driving me batty. oh, and NO RECYCLING! BOO!
