Wonderful staff, great place to live

I can only assume that the people on this board who rate the staff poorly are expecting them to act as their private concierge service.
They are considerate and attentive, kind and friendly. When you have a problem, they fix it. In the 3 years that I've lived here I've had to call them about 4 times for minor maintenance issues. They sent someone within a few hours and it was fixed. What more can you ask for'
The apartments are large and competitively priced.
The residence are mostly professional and very quite and respectful.
