I have been here since December 2000. I must say that I am happy to be looking for a new place at the end of this year. One bedroom is a decent size, compared to what I had looked at. Amenities are good (nice laundry room, great staff, repairs are done within 48 hours). The walls are paper thin; one time, I actually screamed "god bless you" to my next door neighbor after she sneezed. The other review about smelling all the cooked food through the halls is so true-it can get quite funky in those halls.
