Elevator routinely breaks. Central AC doesn't work. Rent raised every year at least 70 dollars sometimes over 100. Unresponsive staff. Trash chute smells up hallway. Common areas updated, while apartment interiors not. Laundry is VERY expensive. Routinely rented out to Framingham State college kids. Loud. Often four or more people in a two-bedroom apartment. Parking' --Yeah, right! There is nowhere to park after 9:00 in the evening. No guest parking. They towed my overnight guest's car. Racist.

i agree with all that he has mentioned. if its centralized ac then u have a problem as they dont turn off heater for couple of months after winter is gone, and u sweat like crazy...u can see all apartments will hv there windows open as the heat kills u...they will give some crazy reason for not turning on the ac. elevator breaks often. staff very rude except one.
