I tend to agree. The worst part is they donnt even feel sorry if any mistakes happen from their side. To add on recently they have changed the toilets and showerhead which are very very poor in quality. Even though the old ones were rusted and all they worked better and were of better standard.By replacig the old toilet some area have left exposed.I donnt know what they are going to do about it? And its really annoying when you find dirt left in the bathroom after their work is over ( esp when u come back from work and have to clean it) Like some said in previous post " Jefferson Terrace lacks class and standard".Very very true.

Management is horrible. ---- who works at the terrace is a woman who every one should be aware off. RUDE, CUNNING and UNPROFESSIONAL. I lived at Edgewater Village and management was horrible. After the fire I came here and foung the management even worst. They don't have any hospitality and act as if they doing us a favor. Please look some where and have this complex as the last resort. GOODLUCK

other fire person here. How meany times dose it take to fix a leaking celiling answer 4 and counting. ----- from the village had to call them to fix it the last time. nothing like comming home to an inch of water in your bathroom and they did not clean it up i had to useing my own paper towals i dont have a mop becuse they stole every thing i owned And a mop was not in the top of the list but i guess it is now. A door fell off almost hitting my cat on her frist day here. I paying them rent and they doing me a favor ???? I hate it cant wait for it to be over I miss captial

Has Jefferson Terrace become better after Greystar taking over? Please let us know. Any review of the current conditions will be much appreciated.
