We moved in around Aug. 2006. Our place is nice, spacious, with pretty new appliances. We are on the top floor, so the view of the reservoir is wonderful, although if you leave your door open the noise of cars on route 9 is substantial (I've since gotten used to it). The kitchen is nice, but small. A couple of months after we moved in, we started seeing "pests", but management took care of it and I haven't seen a single one since. The gym has new equipment and tv's, which is nice. I don't have any significant complaints, although we had a new neighbor move in a little while ago who likes to blast loud bass-heavy music--prior to this, I had never heard a peep from anybody. The clientele here is mainly young professionals, couples with young kids, and some elderly residents--in general, everyone I've met has been very friendly and courteous.

I just learned this complex is being taken over by Jefferson (JPI group) in 2007 and will be called "Jefferson Terrace" instead of Edgewater. I hope I will continue to not have anything to complain about once the new management takes over.
