For a large apartment building it really is quite nice. The tenants are mostly young professionals, mainly in the high tech field. This makes for a fairly quiet environment. The apartments are modern, with modern appliances. Walls are pertty think and well constructed. Views from front and back are pleasant.
The office staff is outstanding, and go WAY beyond the usual slackers you find in most places. Maintenance is quick and very courteous.
Parking is adequate
Building is clean
