Jefferson terrace - going down From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I have lived in Jefferson Terrace (ex Edgewater Terrace) for a little over 3 years. It was ok before, but now with new management it's horrible. The people they put in the rental office do not show basic respect to residents. They act as if they are doing tenants a favor by being there. If you need anything done, forget about it. You tell it to one person, you come back after a week, the person is not there, and the others tell you they have no idea what you're talking about. We are looking to move out and some of our neighbors too. The cost is high and the service is rock bottom now! I wonder what qualifications are they looking for when hiring these people for the office''''
