The DVD rentals are great.

I completely agree the the posts about the new management. May be teething problems.
The signed agreement is not returned properly after cosigning by management like the old management. Also you cant escape the agreement even if your are dead.(No kidding! there is something in the agreement to chase your soul. You agree to pay for the whole year.)

The DVD rentals are great. Good movie collection. Lot of people using it.

They are renovating the apartments may be they will improve. My lease will get over next month. If they improve I will stay. Else I will move out.
