We haven't actually lived here at all, and are glad we did not choose to! The leasing person, ----, who we met supposedly has got a performance award! I am not sure what performance they are refering to, but she was very unhelpful and rude. She first of all botched up her appointments, and made us wait for 45 minutes when we were on time for our appointment. Then she realizes she made a mistake and offers a half-hearted apology. Then she tells us there is only one apt that we might be interested in, whereas when we spoke with her a couple of hours ago on the phone she told us she has a few apts available. Then she is more interested in whether we found a nice apt in Jefferson Village or not, instead of showing us one in Jefferson Terrace! She does not tell us about anything to do with Jeff Terrace- no mention of the amenities, utilities, parking, apt size or locations....nothing! She just hands us a floor plan. Then she says she can only show us a 1BR model apt and we would have to imagine how the 2BR would look like since it only had one more bedroom!! Then she asks us if we can go take a look at the model apt ourselves since it is unlocked, since she has to talk to someone who is signing a lease! She was really rude and the most unhelpful leasing person we have ever met! We showed ourselves out. She then calls to ask if we would be leasing the apt shown to us at Jefferson Village! She even asked if we took a look at the 1BR model apt by ourselves or not! I am sure all 3 Jefferson property leasing officers talk to eachother and have a way of making sure all of them get equal amounts of apts rented out!

All in all, a horrible experience to even view the apt. I cannot imagine living there. The place we live in seems like heaven compared to this! They say never judge a book by its cover. But I would certainly judge an apt by its exterior. Avoid this place!!

Now that I am done ranting, time for some objective observations:
- this place looks old and dingy on the outside and is pretty bad on the inside too
-none of the office staff is nice at all
-lot of ------- stay here- this might have been a plus for us but not at the cost of being treated like dirt
-covered parking is just a roof, u park on the ground floor of the apt bldg. So dont expect any security. Sides are open, so winter will not be too good on ur car
-since we never got to see the apts, we do not know how they look
- the lady indicated that there are lots of covered parking spots available
-the upkeep of the bldg looks bad
-there is no place to walk around outside the apt bldg- any store or shopping area is at least a 5 min drive - first u have to get past all those Jefferson apartment bldgs and then u see the rest of the world

Dude! Giving one star just based on a bad experience from a leasing staff/visiting the apartment is not at all fair.I think you have exaggerated a lot about the bad service you received from leasing staff like 45 minutes you had to wait out there and then the leasing staff giving half hearted apology (What do you except from the leasing staff?
