Edgewater Terrace is a fabulous place to live! The apartments are very spacious, and the management and maintenance staffs are superb! They really care about meeting the needs of all the residents. The property is kept very clean both inside and outside. The view of the reservoir across from my apartment is spectacular. The laundry room is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The grounds and lobbies are very well kept. Covered parking is available and is especially convenient when it rains or snows. The people who live here are very nice.
