Not too shaby, if you don't mind lack of DSL

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000
Got the apartment right above leasing office. Told me that DSL service would be no problem, and that they have it in their office.
Well, they may have it, but I sure as heck can't get it (2000 ft beyond).
Other than that, the apartments are clean, quiet, spacious and the maintenance staff seem to be fairly responsive (only been in less than 1 week though...).
Also, they allow cats which is a big plus.
On another downote, they made me sign a lead-waver form. This indicates that if I die of lead poisoning, it's not their fault.
How sweet of them...
