Not worth the price- by far

Compared to similar apartments, edgewater village is mediocre and overpriced, the parking situation reminds me of the parking lot of a rock concert- take what you can get:: my vehicle took damage overnight and many residents park in firelanes or double park. Edgewater village has the highest local price for a 1 or 2 bedroom, with little significant advantage over competing apartments. The close CVS, Blockbuster, Liquor Store, SuperMarket, Dry Cleaner, etc is convenient, though its not enough to justify the price. All in all- the high price just motivated me to search for another place to live. Anyone could do better than this.
Unrelated to the management and the prices of Edgewater village, is the unfriendly and rude living community that does not respect normal sleep hours- honking at all hours from the parking lot and loud TV and music deep into 3AM on a regular basis. Also there is no hot water in the early morning and evenings. Guest of renters will frequently call you to let them in, or try to "squeeze" in behind or with you. Also most of our cabinet knobs have fallen of and our linen closet door doesnt line up with the track, numerous other problems exist.
I hate it here.
