Rent is high but they sometimes have deals whihc give you 1-3 months rent free with a 1-year lease. Plus, the money u pay is mostly for its location. Parking is ample but badly planned. Parking accidents are easy if you're not careful. Laundry and Gym get crowded sometimes.

Overall it s adecent place to live if u care about the location.
