Edgewater Village is a wonderful place to live. The office an maintenance staff respond very quickly to any problems or concerns. The resevoir views are fantastic, and the balconies are large enough for modest patio furniture. Landscaping is especially beautiful around the Edgewater I and II buildings. The buildings are very solid and I have never heard any noise from the neighbors. The only drawback is the price - units are not cheap, but if you value a gracious living situation I would reccomend springing for it!
