I have been living here for almost three years and while it is not perfect I have enjoyed it very much! The staff in the office have always been very pleasant and helpful in fact I think they go above and beyond as I have seen tham deliver peoples packages to them and pick up rent checks for some residents that can't get out. The maintenance staff is fantastic and fix things almost immediately! The new company is okay, however the new staff member I met was not too friendly! Thank god the old staff is still there. I have a few complaints about the air conditioning that seems to go on too late (end of May) and the windows are very thin so you can here Rt.9 all the time. Other than that I am happy to live her until I can afford to buy.
