I have stayed in various appartments around Fairfield/Stamford, CT area before moving to Framingham, MA to work. In CT, I used to leave in Morgan Manor and the Avalon appartments, where the management made it seem that they are doing the residents a favour by taking our money and allowing us to stay. I came to Edgewater also expecting the same. But I couldn't have been more wrong. Besides Route 9 just by your side as a problem, there is absolutely nuthing more me to complain for them. Management (specifically Kacey) are always smiling and very helpful, and in the last 6 months, aytime I needed some maintainace, I don't think that I ever had to wait more than 4-5 hours for someone to show up in my doorstep and fix the problem. I would highly recommend this place
