I have lived here five years and constantly have a problm wth noise. You can conversations through the walls and loud televisions and steroes as if you were standing in the room. This happens in every room in the apartment at all hours ofthe day and night.
I have a serious, deteriorating leaking problem in the ceiling spreading from the bathroom into the hallway. I have told management and maintenance about this more than once including paging the emergency line, and they do nothing about it. This has been going on for a year.
