I've lived at this complex and would not recommend it to my worst enemy. To add to the other posting statements. During the winter the heating bill can run in excess of $170 and the place is still freezing cold. Snow removal is nonexistant; which leave tenants to slip and sled over the overcrowed parking lot. There's constant flooding, which leaves a stink, unhealthy smell for months. The pool is unsanitized, would not recommend taking a dip, you may end up with lesions. Maintenance sucks. Property coordinator and manager are full of excuses. If your only option is Executive Apartments, it would best to just go to the local shelter. Its a very unhealthy place, I've been to the Doctor more times since I've lived here than all the other times in my lives. It really, really, really sucks!
